The complete number shown on my phone contains 06 after it. Officer Sarah Shaw(?). I hung up. However, when trying to look it up, here's an interesting thing I found about the 391 prefix: "Area Code 391 has not been assigned for use by the North American Numbering Plan Administrator. Area Code 391 is officially planned as a General Purpose area code which is typically assigned to a geographic area, however, it is also designated as an Expansion Code which is reserved for future use if it becomes necessary to expand the current ten digit format. If you receive a phone call from area code 391 it is a spam call. Any phone number such as 391-xxx-xxx does not exist."
