It's reached Asia...got a call this morning in Singapore! Not going to call back!

Got this call at 7:04am But I didn't answer, I am from St. Lucia, the number was a little weird.

+393193260007 Called me after 23:00 last night in St Lucia, hung up as I answered.
Thank you to those that commented before me, I save my money.
Hoping this prevents someone else getting scammed!

this moringing at 7:45 had a call from the same number.
i call my profider and if the goning to take mony from you phone you must pay it by your self.
the woman sad she had it ones before and she had to pay allot of monny.

Reached me in Ireland, scamming prats. called back but hung up straight away, think it only cost me a few cent. good thing I looked it up!

I am from India, got a call this morning on my cellphone (6.06 AM 15 Sep 2009) from +393193260007... answered the phone, but no one on the line.. and was disconnected. I did not call back!

Looked up on Google and to my surprise there are so many of us receiving such calls! Wonder what is it about? Anyone as more information? What is it about?

Poland 14.01 had a call from +393193260007, did pick up and i was disconnected,
won't call back.
