WE GOT A CALL FROM 393193260009 ON 17TH 8:58AM I HAVE RECIVED THE CALL BUT THEY HAVE DISCONECTED PLS LET US KNOW TO WHOM THE NUMBER BELONGS TO.I AM FROM INDIA BANGALORE

I received call from this number right now and I didnt picked it up also

I have got the phone call from this number toothis morning at 7:17 am.Did not pick up.never pick up the phonecalls from abroad if I do not know the number.I saw it is Italy.I am from Slovakia.

I live in Slovenia/EU and it`s today is like the third time I received a call from this number and I didn`t picked it up.
WTF is this number ?!

We have contacted the Italian Regulator Agcom.  The company that has been allocated all these 39319xxxxxxx is Intermatica (Italy.

Earlier this year the International Regulator (ITU) shut another identical international call back scam down.  Those 'premium rate' numbers also belonged to Intermatica (Italy)

I got a call from the same number just a minute ago. And ofc I Googled it :)

Received a call from this number this morning (06:24 GMT)but it was interrupted when I answered. I called back and a women answered saying looking for friendship.

this is mass-marketed spam that is being sent to millions of phones in numerous countries.  It is against International law.  These 39319xxxxxxx numbers are Italian mobile numbers all belong to Intermatica (Italy) and are being used to bill for premium rate services.  They are intentionally being left to give the impression they are genuine calls.  If your children were to innocently return the call not only would you be left with a large phone bill your child would be connected to some porn line from Italy.

The national phone companies and Intermatica are sharing the revenue from this fraud.

THAT IS AGAINST NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW!!

The Italian Regulator has been told and they are turning a blind eye to fraud and a deaf ear to complaints.

Ask Roberto Viola why you are all being spammed with filth from Italy.

I've received a call from this number today and I tried to call back but I was paying the call and nobody answer it. I think it is a line that makes you spent money without you even know you're doing it.

I am from Turkey. I realize that I was called from 3931932600009 when I receive the cellur phone bill.The date was 05 January 2010.  There was the bill of Euro 50.- because of my call back and talk for almost 1,5 hours to this number. I am 100 % sure I did not call back. I never give my cell phone to anyone. I declare objection to my operator. They say you made this call. No way out. I beleive there is a dark trick in this.
