Millions of phones around the world are being called using Automatic Calling Equipment.  They are leaving the following numbers as 'missed calls'.
The fraudsters are hoping the victims will call them back.  These are expensive numbers and the revenue is being shared between your Network Operator and the fraudsters.

just now i got the call also. i thought its impo call as am in biz. i picked up but no sound at all. i called back i heard woman voice but no idea which race i mean the woman whom answered my call...

this number called me today 30 Aug 2009 7:33am and 7:10am missed call and long call at 8:28 am, Saudi Arabia

this is mass-marketed spam that is being sent to millions of phones in numerous countries.  It is against International law.  These 39319xxxxxxx numbers are Italian mobile numbers all belong to Intermatica (Italy) and are being used to bill for premium rate services.  They are intentionally being left to give the impression they are genuine calls.  If your children were to innocently return the call not only would you be left with a large phone bill your child would be connected to some porn line from Italy.

The national phone companies and Intermatica are sharing the revenue from this fraud.

THAT IS AGAINST NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW!!
