the moment I said "hello" and it hung up. Very strange! Let's trace this caller.

Millions of phones around the world are being called using Automatic Calling Equipment.  They are leaving the following numbers as 'missed calls'.
The fraudsters are hoping the victims will call them back.  These are expensive numbers and the revenue is being shared between your Network Operator and the fraudsters.

I got yesterday evening call from this number. Nothing said. Just like somebody will get me calling back.

I got a call from this number too. It´s a scam, they try to get you answering or calling back and in return you get a big phone bill.  They use lots of different numbers, some might be close to each other.

Basha Bhai received a missed call this is very strange. During his busy schedule the missed calls coming is not tolerable.....

I got the call to this morning, it woke me up and I answered but did not  call back... It's the second time I get a call of that kind, maybe they share the same list of phone numbers, it's a shame.

this is mass-marketed spam that is being sent to millions of phones in numerous countries.  It is against International law.  These 39319xxxxxxx numbers are Italian mobile numbers all belong to Intermatica (Italy) and are being used to bill for premium rate services.  They are intentionally being left to give the impression they are genuine calls.  If your children were to innocently return the call not only would you be left with a large phone bill your child would be connected to some porn line from Italy.

The national phone companies and Intermatica are sharing the revenue from this fraud.
