hi from finland. With google found this site. I've got the same phone call today. I missed it but my phone was in my pocket and it ringed to the number by itself. Hope I dont get a big bill. Does anyone know, have people got any bills because this number???

I got a call from the number above but didnt hear i m sure cos it rang just once. i didnt call back but according to my previous bad experiences the first thing i did was to search for the number. Could anyone tell me if i answer a call like this do i have to pay or just if i call back the number?? thanks

Had a missed call (busy at work so didn't notice it ringing), am in Barbados and haven't called back thanks to this website!  Hope people haven't been ripped off too badly.

Thank goodness for this website! I am here in Saudi Arabia and I got a missed call on my mobile from this number.

I checked on the international dialling code and found it came from the Vatican City.

My son is on tour in that region and so I feared something was wrong. Fortunately, I checked here first before returning the call.

i got phonecall from this number yesterday and i didn't answer. when i called back there was automatic response saying that this number has restricted incoming calls.

These numbers are being left using Automatic Calling Equipment hoping the victim will call back.  They are very expensive to call. Intermatica and the Network Operators are sharing the revenue.

I am a exporter[www.modasa.co.in] and surprised to see Missed-Call. My friend who was sitting in office googled it out and advised me that not to call back the cheater.

Hi from  Finland, my daughter, 8 years old, got a call from this number yesterday. Luckily she didn't answer to it or called back. I just checked the coutry code and the call came from Italy or Vatican.

My daughter received a call from this number yesturday but did not ans,she asked me if i recognise the number and i told her no. I decided to look it up on the net and found this site. Thanks for all the info. How do these people get our number to do this. I am from St.Vincent in the caribbean.

We have contacted the Italian Regulator Agcom.  The company that has been allocated all these 39319xxxxxxx is Intermatica (Italy.

Earlier this year the International Regulator (ITU) shut another identical international call back scam down.  Those 'premium rate' numbers also belonged to Intermatica (Italy)
