I live in India, and got call from this number on 2nd Feb at 2:19am. It just rang once.

I live in Norway - got a call from this number a couple of days ago, it was quickly hung up.

from Denmark, I got a call last night at this nr.393193260045

Denmark - got a call from this Feb 8 at 00.19.

Namibia - one ring and no answare

this is a "phone virus", when somebody call this number, impossible to break the call.

And the cost of the call will be sky high.  
This I heard is generally true for the numbers +39...

This is a hoax.
Nothing happen if you call it back.
No extra fee, or any problem. This is fact.
So, next time read the internet first if you write something.
