Called me too today 26.07.2009. I'm in Finland.

11:52 I got a call from this number, I picked up but they hung up. A hidden number called me just seconds before that number but I didn't pick up and then i got the call from the Italian number. I'm from Bulgaria.

This number called me today 5.aug. at 00.02
I am from Slovakia.

called me today at 07:13 (Spain), I was sleeping.

I live in Saudi Arabia,  The number +393193269042 called me August 23, 09 at 9:30 AM in the morning and missed it. When i called back, some automatic machine (woman voice speaking arabic language) told me that she want to meet me tomorrow, and then said "what.. i can't hear you,, call me back it's important".. Of course it's a scam cause when i call back, the call gets connected but no one answers, they give you the tone as if their phone is ringing, but in reality you are hearing an audio playback of the "ring ring" tone, while you're actually connected and paying for the expensive call.. Suckers fooled me and cost me 6 minutes today :(

We have contacted the Italian Regulator Agcom.  The company that has been allocated all these 39319xxxxxxx is Intermatica (Italy.

Earlier this year the International Regulator (ITU) shut another identical international call back scam down.  Those 'premium rate' numbers also belonged to Intermatica (Italy)
