I do not know what is behind.

I have some suggestions-I hope they help: do an Internet search for how to report a spam SMS and a spam email. Next, look in your owner's manual for how to delete a spam SMS. Last, contact your service provider to block international calls (if this call is from a foreign country and you don't use that feature). That will prevent foreign scammers from calling you.

The more examples appear on the net .. the sooner new people will understand it's a scam .. do not respond in anyway to these things ...

DO NOT CALL OR SEND AN EMAIL BACK!
this is purely spam to get money out of you. just delete it and don't ever reply. if you reply they just get the confirmation that this (your) email-adress exists. so if you don't reply they hopefully give up thinking the mail-adress is not valid.

I got a similar mail saying that i got an urgent highly classified package at the transit station in Rome and they asked me to send my name, adress and phone number. the hell i will!

I have just received a mail with identical content (Frankfurt, financial authorities, etc.), but with a different phone number:

I called them and got the response that ms Capellini will come to office only later (does she exist at all, I wonder?)
Presume, the story is the same, so check out before you make any further steps when seeing this number at the end of your mail!
