I had a very horrible experience with someone named "Brian" who said he was with 'College Now'. When I had said I have already graduated from college and that I am NOT interested and would to be taken off their list, I was told that is not possible. When I asked why and he replied "No reason" I then proceeded to say, well I am on the Do Not Call List and this is illegal, he continued to say that he's just going to keep calling and that it will never stop.  I want to be clear the number that called my cell phone was only the three digits "4-0-0", I do not even know how that's possible. I am very frustrated and I hope this stops...

I recieved a call from a 400 number saying my mastercard was not authorized for overseas purchases. I hung up when they started to give a number to call. This call was a recording

Same here as Kelly  Just happened.  I don't even have a mastercard

text from 400 400 asking if i could authorise an online purchase for 1.900  if not ring a number. I have not ordered 0ne .I DELETED THE MESSAGE.

It's  a scam

I have received two calls from this number today but have not answered. Having read these messages, there's no way I'm ever going to!

I got called by the number 400 too. I dont even know how its possible to have that number but yeah😃. I didnt pick up the phone because i knew it was most likely a scamcaller or something like that. My advise; if u know that ur not receiving a call from anyone outside ur country, dont pick up the phone yall!
