40003

Talked in some North Indian language.

The phone number came up on my identifier as 40003.  I did not answer.  It can't be anything good with a number like that.  Phone call came at 3:54 Eastern Central Time.  

this number 40003 has called me a couple of times today. I did not answer.

On January 26, 2014 at 11:31 pm I received a telephone call from "unknown name and unknown number".  There was a message left.  It was the voice of a women whispering "Hi" into the phone.  Voice mail identified the caller's number as 40003.

Call received at10:00 PM Feb 5th

i received this a few times now! i answered it this time,, i said hello a got what sounded like a message beep then an operator says good bye and hangs up

40003 was the name thats showed but no number

I had this number call a couple of times last 3 days it shows id 40003 and the number shows as 14-0003.
when you answer there is a pause then hangup.

the call came in at 11:22pm atlantic time so 5hr 6min ago around the same time as akita above.

Just rec'd call. Now 11:16pm est.

Called early evening and again at 11:04 pm!

Just got the same call 6:47pm Atlantic time. Said hello three times then a voice said " hi mam how are you today " in a foreign voice !!  Creepy!!!!

I hung up right away after that !

Got a call at 11:30pm from this number ..this is ridiculous ...how can  I stop this

yeah... right now it's 2:35 in the morning and it's the 5th time they called... got tired and decided to answer in a whisper ''i am watching you'' ... hear a small gasp then they hung up ...
i now hope they'll stop harassing me now!

I'm from quebec in canada.....this number call me last night at 12:26 ....who is it ?? Sorry for my english i speak french :p

Bonjour, j'ai reçu des appels aussi à 12:35 cette nuit et en début de soirée. Si ça continue je vais m'informer chez Cogeco pour savoir si je peux bloquer ces appels.

Received two phone call from ''40003''. One on 01-04-2014 at 23h54 the other at 0h06 on 03-04-2014. When answering, silence for a time finishing by a women voice ''good bye''. Sending a complaint to the CRTC, no news todate. Cogeco can not tell me the name exempt if I have a police order.

mon frere a eu cet appel et il se fesait passer pour Microsoft cest une anarque ne pas répondre il veullent entrer dans votre ordi et en prendre le contrôle

I received a call from this ID (40003) last night at 12:09 am.  I woke up to the last ring, but did not check it until this morning.  Interestingly, I also have Cogeco phone service, as others have noted.  I tried calling back this morning by pressing "call" while my phone displayed the missed call message, but the call does not go through.
