This is a well known scam company...Cardholder services is a fake front for a company currently being sued by the FTC for DO NOT CALL complaints.  Please keep reporting these calls so they have to pay more fines...this has to stop sometime!!

About every two weeks, I get this call from "Rachel" who is calling about an "important message about how to save money on my credit cards." Have tried to call the number back to yell at them, but it rings busy when calling back. These guys need to have their butts kicked.

Did not answer the call.

Just received a call from this number but I didn't answer it.

I'm on the DNC list & I dont even have a CREDIT CARD.....so this is BS!!

Are you not so sure that this is a scam perpetrated by the web sites that want you to pay for information for reverse phone number lookups?

[***] just called me on my cell and woke me up after working all night.  Getting very sick of their calls.  Just filed another FCC complaint after grabbing a cup of coffee. Idiots - I'm not interested in anything they are marketing and they should not be random calling.  I never give my cell number to anybody but friends and family and I am on the government do not call list.  I Always use my google voice for everything else and since they called my cell phone directly I know they are just trying phone numbers.

I'm on the DNC list and this is the 2nd time I've gotten this phone call - I asked to be taken off the call list and before i finish the sentence they hang up on me.

The voicemail that plays when I call says it is from Mike Edison.  
I am also on the DNC list.  Here is where you can report them for not complying with the list.  These calls are subject to fines according to the Do Not Call registry.

Thanks for the link. I'm on the DNC list as well, but the calls still continue. I answered the call today and no one responded to me, just dead air, then they hung up.

This call was regarding my current credit card debt and how I can lower my rates. I have no credit cards and no credit card debt. I pressed 1 to speak to a person regarding removal from the call list. It was not succesful. This is a scam unsolicted call. I am on the Do Not Call list.
