This is a spoofed phone number. The calling party is Transworld Systems, which is a collection agency that is open for business 24/7 and they have 130 offices in the US that are spread out in all of the US time zones, so calls can come at any time of the day or night.  I almost enjoyed their call when they called us, because the business which had employed them had done so deceitfully...giving them (the collection company) a taste of their own medicine. The business we owe money to (the only pain management Doctor in Rockwall, Texas) wants all of the money owed them paid up front. They want their money now, but instead we make $20 a month payments to them which their business office blindly cashes.  Cashing the checks blindly, their business office then has to accept all of our payments as an arrangement and keeps them from turning us over to the collection agencies.  Which keeps our account in a current status. The office manager is an ugly hateful creature that screams at you on the phone and is  not only under the impression that the world revolves around her, but she wills it to do so, or else.  This attitude of hers made the call from the collection company almost humorous.
