This person has called repeatedly in the last couple of days.  There is never a message.

What could they want?  Please help!

I got a call from these people as well several times this sunday and they left no message.  I called them back and the recording says they are with venture data research which are conducted data polls.  This is way annoying.  I am on the do not call list but for some reason these keep coming through.

Not only am I on the do not call list, they called 30 minutes after the 9:00 cut-off time
for telemarketers, etc., here in the CST.  I have reported their name and number to
the authorities.

They call and they didn't leave a stupid message!

Reporting to Do Not Call, does absolutely nothing. You will be wasting your time. I have reported annoying telemarketers several times. Each time I received a letter back saying "No action will be taken".  Uh, okay, so why have the Do Not Call Registry if they aren't going to do anything about it?? It's worthless and a waste of time.  I also have received calls from this number. Never leaves a message.

I've reported a lot of telemarketers and never receive anything to let me know the complaint was dealt with.   I'm sorry to say, but I agree with you it's just government spending money on a worthless project.

After filling out many complaints I have seen NO improvement, and I have never heard back from you.  I doubt even this will prompt a response.

You took advantage of my trust and faith that I helping to stop the flood of telemarketing calls.

I also received a call from this number. He wanted to speak with a male member of my household, reminding me that I'm a lonely spinster that even research companies aren't interested in. ;)

As far as the do not call list goes, I believe it is only for telemarketers--in other words, people who are trying to SELL you something can't call you if you're on the do not call list. Research companies aren't trying to sell you anything, so they do not have a do not call list. At least not yet. But hopefully they will someday--I gett more calls from them than I ever did from telemarketers. I could be wrong about this info, but from what I could tell from donotcall.gov, that seems to be the case.

Received a call. No vm. I'm annoyed beyond belief and may not recover. I'm going to lean on my religion to push through. It's probably Obama's fault.

get recurring calls thru-out week after 9PM from "Venture Data Call Research". i never answer and never a VM.  also on DO NOT CALL list and have reported this, and several other numbers but, as cited numerous times, this is a total waste of tax-payer money and a joke.
