Do not call does not apply to compaines that you do bussiness with.  Since you got Comcast installed, they have the legal right to call you.  Know that law before you assume people are breaking it.

No message. Guess it wad comcast since I just had my cable installed. I will answer it if they leave a message at the first call

Got this call last night an hour after Comcast left my house and again this morning.  Called cell and left no vm. Didn't answer because I didn't know who it was.

I just called Comcast about this issue, and the lady from customer service said that she would bring it to her supervisor. So hopefully, they will fix it.

I had a Comcast technician to my house this morning to activate some "dead" phone jacks... so reading all these comments now makes sense that it must be a follow up of some sort. I agree though, Comcast should do it themselves and show some true customer service rather than farming it out to people who don't even leave a message (and will probably keep calling. The funny thing is I was going to call Comcast later to let them know that I appreciated the quick response to my issue and that the tech was a very nice man who was so efficient and helpful. Maybe I still will call...

they called. i didn't know the number so i didn't answer it. A voicemail alert popped up afterward. they didnt actually leave a message. probably a telemarketer

I have also received this call right after I hooked up with a Comcast Bundle Service.  The guy did a great job so I did take the survey and it only involved a few questions.

same thing with me! i had comcast installed today and within minutes, i had that phone number call me. left no message. must be connected to comcast.

Why cant you block calls on a cell?

I received 2 calls from this number right after having Comcast installed at my apartment.  They didn't leave a message, which I find rather annoying.  Is it Comcast customer service?  Why no message?  I don't get it.
