The male sounded like an african-american whom stated he wants to ask me questions about my opinion regarding funeral homes in my area.  I said I didn't want to answer his questions.  He kindly said, "I'm sorry" while he just hung on I said I'm going to hang up now.  My phone number is unlisted and blocks telemarketing calls.

Most telemarketers are trained to pursuade the callee to stay on the phone and consent to answer questions.  I try to be respectful of telemarketers or surveyors because they are trying to make a living, but this caller presented different from any telemarkter/surveyor I've spoken to over the years.  He did not identify himself with a company or where he is located.

Got a call from this number. allowed it to go to voice mail. They did not leave a message.

Mobile phone rang. Rude voice announced she was doing survey. I declined, hung up. My # has been registered and re-registered and registered again on the 'Do Not Call List' and for this & other reasons, I do not trust calls like this.

Said they were a Market Research Company following up on a call I made to Choice Hotels. Ask several questions

I live in Nebraska and I receive calls from this number every month.  Scam for so called gift cards if you purchase items from a gold, or silver level.  Pass!
