First time they called, caller ID said NEBRASKA, and the phone #.  I didn't answer.  Phone rang funny -- just kept ringing one long ring, then stopped.  We did order something online from them, once, about a month ago.  Price is much higher than quality and we won't order again, and especially now that I know they're going to harass us about it.  Thanks to all for info on who this is.

Omaha Steaks. If you call back, you'll be connected to an operator. She said her name and asked if I would like to place an order. I said no, I'd like to have my number removed from the auto-dialer. She said "yeah, they are pretty relentless..." Took my number, marked my account as "do-not-call" (I *am* a customer and have an online account), and said the calls should stop in 24 hours.

Have been getting a call once a day. There is never a message left. Who is calling and why/

I don't know if any of you are actually taking the call past finding out its Omaha steaks. I must be in the minority as I actually had a few things I was meaning to get. Once I said I was interested, they said hold please, and I was put on the line with Warren himself. Seems he likes to have the occasional hands on experience, and it was quite delightful (though I couldn't get anything free out of him as he reminded of the tremendous value of fine food I was ordering). Still can't say I like unsolicited calls, but I'm glad I took that one!

Same story, but I e-mailed and asked them to take me off their call list and they responded immediately that they would.

I received a call this evening and message was left stating "hey [***]" I am apauld to do find that it came Obama steak and might just have to inform them I will no longer do business with them.

Got a call this morning from this number and went to this site to discover it was Omaha Steaks.  I emailed them to take me off their calling list and they responded promptly that they would honor my request.

Yeah, right.  What a joke this post is.  Great value it is not and the harassing phone calls are ridiculous.  Stop spamming on this site.

I emailed them and told them to take my cellphone off their list or I wouldn't ever order from
them again.  They emailed back and said they would take my number off.  We'll see.

Problem is that when you put your number on the DNC list, it worked the exact opposite to what it was suppose to for people. Instead when they got your cell number, they now have a number TO CALL. It was a scheme to get people's numbers :(
If it is a gov't agency calling you, they are allowed to, but on strict terms. Telemarketers, on the other hand can and will call whenever they want.
Call display works well for this problem. I just add the number to my phone contact list and add numbers as a 'Do Not Answer' number. So regardless of which telemarketer it is....once I get a number on them I add it to my list of contacts and another 'Do Not Answer' number!!

got a call from this number at 2045! ha. I am a vegetarian-not even remotely interested in omaha steaks!

Got some steaks to make a special dinner for Christmas. Not worth it. Could have gotten much better at local store. Now these anoying calls.

Got a call from this number (402-593-7107) yesterday and today. And here I am. Omaha Steaks, huh? Ordered for the first time as a Christmas gift. That would also be the last time I order. Thanks, Omaha Steaks! I'd love to take my business to one of your other competitors!

I have my number listed with the National Do Not Call and whoever this is, is violating that ordinance. This needs to be stopped.
