Message in Spanish

tracked down telco(or phone circuit owner) with help from Frank's ussearch.com url(here in comments), reported to their abuse department.

telco who provides service is "http://www.citistream.com/" their customer service number is "402-982-0200"
as citistream is not the company doing the calling/spamming, only the telco service provider, please be polite when reporting the spamming party to them.
with our help and citistream's help we can get the spammer fined off the face of the earth.

They did not call my regular phone or cell... They called my GoogleVoice number.
GoogleVoice asked if I wanted to accept the call.
I did not.
I never added my GV number to the DO NOT CALL registry.  DOH!!!!

Picked up phone and said 'hello' several times. Got a 'goodbye' and they hung-up.

Called back and got the same message as others.

It came through my cell phone, so...

1) I placed the number on reject
2) Filed a complaint with FCC www.donot.call.gov
3) Have spoken with state DCC on previous occasions and will file a complaint there too.
4) Maybe laws need to be toughened up

Have spent about 5 minutes on this..worth it!
If enough people do this, maybe we can to make life miserable for them.

is there any thing that can be done ? I'v asked to be removed many times and they go away for a few days and back on again, this is been going on sine 2009 and now going into 2011 Im not taking it NO more ! I'm ready to fight back I haven't figured out how ! but I'm loading for bear !!!

Called and when I answer they hang up on me! Im on the National Do Not Call List for WHAT REASON?

got a call on my cell from this # and and missed it, they did not leave a message, tried to call back and got a recording # not in service, checked out this thread and saw all the complaints.
I see this is happening many times, and this appears to be a telemarketing scam, reported it to national do not call registry, YOU CAN ALSO it"s very easy just go here

I get calls from this number at least once a week, but on one ever speaks, they just call.

This number called me again, just an hour ago. I did not pick up the phone. I already made a report last time.
This called me again now. I picked up the phone this time. The lady voice recorded speak Spanish. I don't know Spanish language.
Very frustrated.

Received a call. Picked up, no one answered and hung up in a couple of seconds.

This number has been calling me for months. I'm concerned. It's on my cell phone and very persistent. There must be a way to block the number or report it into extinction.

Who ever has that number, keeps calling my cell and doesn't leave any messages.

I received a call from 402-982-0402 on my CELL phone this morning.  I tried calling back and a recording said to check the number.  So now I'm wasteing my time by writing to see how I can stop this cal!! What government authority can I report this to?  Or is there a way to block these types of calls on a cell phone?

Got call ..Missed it and tried to call it back and it said it was disconnected??

These are the same scammers that robocall from 786-871-0154 and 786-309-9185. Same woman in the recordings and same agents taking the calls.

However this time they called from a spoofed number.

I don't kno who keep callin me from this number!

This number just called me and when I answered there was a woman's voice (recorded) talking in Spanish. I hung up!
