I got a call from liborgdotcom  at number 2064456546. Couldn't understand a single thing it said ,it was so garbbled, except something about turning somthing off. Very annoying . I realy don't give a rats [***] about what they are calling about and wouldn' donate anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "do not call" list is a JOKE!!!! I have repeatedly entered nos. and still get calls from the same co.

I just cleaned out a second answering machine and found four Liborg calls.  They said to call back but I figured that I couldn't afford the charges because the $1.5 million they are sending me from Nigeria hasn't arrived yet.  One thing though, it is pretty good advice to NOT unsubscribe to any annoying web site.  A security guy at a major bank said that they have found that many phising sites actually want you to try to unsubscribe, that is the scam.  He also said never give your password in an Email.  I hate spam and Viagra

There are several phone numbers reportedly used by the Liborgdotcom organization. I received one from 402 982 0542, 206 445 6991 (unsure of last digit).  They make random calls nationwide at various times of the day and night.  Most people reporting these calls say the message is robotic and not easily understood.  They also say the calls are annoying. The Liborg organization is registered in Pompano Beach Fla and their phone number was confirmed by BELL SOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC.

My  call was from LIBORGDOTCOM, but was phone#  206-445-6546, which is the Seattle, WA area.
I've received several, but NOT @ 4:30AM!
I just didn't answer.

i dont think he was lying, when you do a search, it does say those things but if you pay close enough attention it is for libr.org  not .com the attention is in the detail my friends

do all of you use facebook? i didnt start getting these calls until i was using an application

Recieved a phone message from LIBORGDOTCOM that stated they had rented our time share for $3600.00 and to call 719-313-5911 to confirm. Funny, we haven't tried to rent any of our time share.  Haven't returned the call as of yet, too leary.

And you need to get off your soap box too but then again you probably don't know what soap is.

Liborgdotcom has been calling me a leaving a message that they have someone interested in renting our timeshare.  When I finally talked to them today, The first thing the caller asked is for me to give him the name of my timeshare for him to check and see if it is in his system.  I told him that I need to understand what is going to happen.  Please tell me what the sequence of events is going to be.  I will not give him any information until he can explain the process to me.  When he got flustered and started getting loud with me asking, "Do you want to rent your time share?", I knew it was a scam and told him I wouldn't do business with them.  Then I hung up.  We'll see if I get anymore calls.

I just got my third call from this number - 206-445-6566, I haven't answered once, but I did activate my call rejection list and added the number, as well as the numbers you have all posted... (to do this just call *60 - works on landlines... I don't know how to do it for cell phones...)

Don't know if this helps, but I use a Vonage phone here in the UK to call my beloved in Louisiana.  Apparently my caller ID sometimes appears as "Liborgdotcom" even though it should send my CLID for my phone here.

i was called by # 4029820563 said cause i paid all my bills and taxes .they was going to give $ 7000 .i said you got to be shi-ing me .they hung up.you don't get something for nothing.

Got a call and they responded that I should know who it was calling. Told me his name was Kevin and I should know why he was calling my house. My response was I don't know anyone with that name and he then laughed at me and hung up the phone

Got a call earlier today from someone with such a strong accent that I could understand only a few words he said.

I finally just said I was hanging up because I could not understand his words. Looking at my phone ID, this was from LIBORGDOTCOM 425-291-8401.

Well I got a call from this 'telemarketer' also. The number I got was 603-214-3595. So is this a definite scammer or what?

You do not know what they found on the web.  They may have found something related to a progressive site.  They did not say they agreed or disagreed, just reporting what they found.

Yes, I received a call from the same LIBORGDOTCOM, at 12:25pm CST on 8/7/2010.  My caller ID has the number as 1-425-291-8414.  I let it go to the answering machine...they left no message.  The "robo-call's" area code suggests the call originated from the Bellevue, WA area.  The others are from the Lincoln & Omaha NE area code "402".  The "206" area code is for Seattle, WA.  My "Do Not Call" status is current for both the National & our State of Wisconsin Do Not Call lists to block unwanted "robo-calls" and other phone solicitations but, that does not include non-profits and political organizations.  I am assuming that Lib.org.com is the latter.
