I agree total scam....your credit card company will never call you offering a lower interest rate let alone ask you for your credit card number.... I say if you're bored give them some fake #'s to play with lol karma is a [***]

Feb 14 at 1pm.  Calls, but no human on the other side, only silence.  This may be the same people/criminals that call about "my last chance" to lower my credit card rates.  -You know these losers are doing this because regulators are failing to catch them.

Rcvd call 9:20am 02/15/2013 11 sec duration, dialer termed call as soon as I said hello the second time.

I get several of these calls every week. I want to stop!

Got the call at 9:00 a.m. Hung up when I answered. I also am on the do not call list. Report these calls to the Federal Communications Commission.

From what I read they are criminals so harrassing them probably won't help.

This whole thing is a scam.  This website, the calls, everything.  Ever notice that there are more and more of these websites that offer forums to complain?  

They are all opportunities for advertisers.  They are all opportunities for you to receive pitches for products.   If you don't want repeat calls, DO NOT answer if the caller ID does  not show a familiar number.  Once you answer, you guarantee that they will call back repeatedly from various numbers because you just let them know you are a valid number.  The best way to get them to quit calling is to NOT ANSWER.   Don't talk to them and tell them you are on the Do Not Call list.  This only encourages them.  

If we all quit answering, then they would quit calling.

Even clicking on that link encourages them.  They get paid by link clicks.  Don't do it.  

You made the effort to look them up.  They are rewarded when you put any energy into anything regarding their phone call.  Ignoring those calls completely is the only defense.

If I don't recognize it, I don't answer it.  If they're legitimate, they'll leave a message.  If they're not, I won't waste my time answering.

they have call my phone numerous times. It is a credit card scam. They ask for credit card number when you refuse to give it to them they hang up.
