Called my 13 year olds cell phone about giving him a credit card

They called me today on my cell phone about a stimulus package.
I called them back and they did not answer. I called AT&T and reported them.
I also found out that they are from Omaha. The Company name the number is listed to is CityStream Communications Corp.  Their actual working office number is 420 982 0200 press 1 and someone named Tre' Hernandez will answer. His Division Managers name is David Nelson. Both people are located in Omaha. I strongly suggest everyone call them and ask to speak to David Nelson and let them know you are  un happy with them and you are filing a legal action at the FCC under Section 208 of the Communications Act. 47 U.S.C. § 208. (FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.) They seemed pretty shaken up that I was able to track them down. I say have fun with them and give them a taste of their own medicine. Good luck. **********

I got the same call about reducing credit card debt. I listened to the message and then waited for a live person so that I could ask to have my name removed from the list. Her name was "Shelby" and when I asked her to take me off the list she said "No!" and hung up on me. I heard people laughing in the background.

I'm reporting it to the FCC. You all should report it, too.

Received call in California.  No message left.

Just called my cell.  Be wary of any "press 1 to be removed form calling lists.". Just like old school phishing it logs your number as valid.

I received the same call on my official U.S. Treasury Blackberry. I demanded that they remove this number from their call list and they hung up on me.

Just got the call from this number on my cell phone.  Also chose not to answer because I didn't recognize the number.  Glad to know others are responding the way they are to this bogus telemarketer.

got a call on my cell phone. said call about my "visa, mastercard, american express, or discover account" had the option to press 2 to be removed from list, but I just hung up.

I've been getting robocalls like this to my cell phone almost weekly. I can't believe this illegal practice has gotten so prevelant.

my number is on the do not call registry. it's strange that i keep ketting these calls.

I JUST now got this call... weird. I didn't answer though, but good to know I didn't.  I'm in So Cal.

Received the call in Texas on cell phone, not able to answer call.  When calling the number back it was message if I wanted my number removed from their call list press 1, the message states my number will be removed within 72 hours and disconnects.    I called again to listen to the entire message and attempt to find out whom this company was...nowhere on the message it gave a name or an option to speak with anyone.

Just received a call from that # too.  Didn't ans. Unless I know the # I don't do out of area or unknowns.

Called me on my cell phone at 9:16am central time, credit card script. Left a message on my voicemail.

I just got a call from this number around 10:55am central time here in Minnesota. I don't answer any numbers I don't know, nor do I call them back unless they leave a message, which they didn't. I'm tired of these sketchy telephone scammers.

Didn't answer was sleeping. Get these from time to time. obviously a scam.
