Called both home and cell phone, no message, irratating

Weird, same thing, said he got the wrong number and hung up on me.

Called by 402-998-5021. Callerid said "Omaha NE". Did not answer. They did not leave a message.

Same number registering "Nebraska Call" on the ID - did not answer - through my pre-recorded greeting heard, "Hello, oh sorry, wrong number"..

it sounded as if it was automated, all i got out was "good morning" and he says "oh, oh iam sorry, i think i have the wrong number" and hangs up.  I tried calling the number back but get a recorded voice saying it has been changed, disconnected or no longer in service.  THE NUMBER JUST CALLED ME!!!

Almost thought it was a recording, he said hello twice, then said 'sorry I think I have the wrong number'.

Called our place of business. Shows up as Omaha, NE in display.  I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

Caller ID showed Omaha-- I answered it was a man that said hello, ah hello, Oh I am sorry I must have gotten a wrong number, and then hung up.  Looks like the same response as those that have also received a call.

Same as everyone. Said wrong number. It sounded recorded or automated. I put the number in a complaint to the do not call registry

These POS claim to say, sorry wrong # when they are actually trying to verify if your # is a live #. Don't answer calls if you don't recognize a #. Invest in Panasonic phone with Call Block feature !!!!!!!! These POS keep calling our business # for which we are paying $175.00 each month to AT&T only to hear their POS inept, incompetent CEO claim ... there is nothing they can do because these are spoofed calls, yada, yada, yada while they continue to spend millions on lobbying the morons in Congress to get rid of laws protecting Americans !!!!!! The phone cos don't give a rats @ss about us because they keep selling #s to these POS and don't want to rock their gravy boat. After all, the moron CEO needs a nice golden parachute for his useless life !!!!!!!!!!!

This 402-998-5021 calls constantly and it is getting old! Make it stop!

The guy just said hello, then silence....so tired of these calls..

Schwinn, you totally hit the nail on the head.  I AGREE with every word you said.  The phone companies could do something about this, if they just would, but they simply do not care about their customers being constantly harassed.  I run a business out of my home and am forced into paying for a business line so my phone number can be listed in the Yellow Pages and other online listings.  It's nice I pay $119 every month to get about 5 scumbags calling me every day from all these weird, out-of-state phone numbers, scammers and telemarketers.  I have a Panasonic phone and it will block 30 numbers, but what happens now it's full?  Spoofing numbers should be illegal, plain and simple.  Isn't that fraud?  If we presented ourselves as someone we were not or pretended to be something we were not, we'd be arrested and thrown in jail!  Strange how politicians and big business look the other way when it's not something that pertains to them.

As for everybody else here. He called and said the wrong number.

Said hello then sorry wrong nimber and hung up.
