Alex Fraser of Calgary. This scam artist is really good at telling people what they want to hear so he can get your money. He’s no difference from the previous owner Craig Mcmorran. Except he’s more organized to rip you off. He keeps the gopher Kosta around to help him refine the Craig scam. I don’t think the current people involve will be. Just like Craig McMorran of Sweetwater, the latter people will surely be screwed over.

Take care of yourself and have a lawyer involved and never hand your money over freely. We have been taken advantage of and so has others. His true nature will out sooner or later. He likes to tell people what he did I the past, but the only any can signup is a ultra failure in the US named Sonara Shore. He clearly hides the fact he’s just another middleman who looks for people who need money and leverage them with real lending companies and ultimately takes it from them. A failure waiting to happen.

I can't believe Alex Fraser is at it again. That short slob is still trying to make people believe he is a decent person and this amazing business man . You can identify him as the 5 foot 2 overweight pig with teeth stains that insults you. The worst is trying not to concentrate on the drool coming from those chompers while having a conversation with him. Beware!! How many people do you have to scam Mr. Alex Fraser, for a millionaire, your hygiene and appearance is nothing short of offensive. But the most offensive is you stealing people's money. People are only close to you because they want what you tell them, those imaginary dollars and there own greed. I was one of those people. Have you ever had anyone be around you and want nothing from you? People just save yourself some disappointment, Alex Fraser of Calgary is just another scam artist who self inflated his "almost success" part of all his failure.

Hello everyone yes I can contest to that.  Alex is asking everyone for a fee.  He’s trying to make it sound like he’s doing everyone a favor.  Let’s be frank here he’s is helping us as much as we are helping him.  He makes it look like he’s a savior,  NO! he’s just an opportunistic person trying to twist the situation to make him more favorable.  He’s has used our money to further his ambition.  Another small man syndrome in ever smaller man stature.  I can’t wait to rid of these so called businessman.  If he decides to stay in the lake.  My wife and I are heading somewhere else!!!!  We had enough of these cons polluting this beautiful area.

I see Alex Fraser ran back to Canada and to continue to half [***] develop.  Good Riddance

Alex Fraser and Craig McMorran why can’t you both just leave this beautiful lake alone?  Why does everyone who try to take this property over has either a bad reputation or a even worst this greasy aura about them.  Thanks but no thanks,  no deal is worth dealing with the likes of either of you.  These guys are snakes trying to make it sound like they are here to help,  when really it’s only about them.  Alex Fraser quick question.  Why is it so hard to find out who you are.?  For someone who did all these incredible projects.  By the way,  I am in private financing in Calgary and Regina for almost 30 years and never have heard of you.  The only reference I get it’s stories that seem to make you look like an imbecile and a fraud.  In your defense I am sure it’s not completely true.  But why would several reputable people go out of their way to talk so lowly of you?

We have friends in an RV Park and they been through a lot from the previous guy name Craig of Sweetwater and now this fellow name Alex Fraser of no company “to look into”, is about to make things happen.  They recommended us to get an lots close to them and this guy is going to make it happen.  That was some time ago.  After reconsidering. I decided to look him up.  Look what my wife found by just googling Alex Fraser, his current number and I guess there are another previous number from other posts.  Why do people change numbers so often?  Are you trying to run away from your past?   Sounds like a candidate for the #metoo movement.  Disturbing and Gross is the only things that comes to my mind.
Too many red flags to even consider.  Even if it’s real beautiful area.  I don’t trust this Alex guy after reading these posts.  Better off paying a bit more for a establish place and not be stuck getting ripped off.  Good luck to everyone who is stuck with these so called business men.

*Just like the first scam Craig did. SOME people will get what they pay for.  The poor souls at the end got absolutely NOTHING. New scam, use a new front man (ALEX) and they both figure the previous guy (CRAIG) has a bad rep so you are telling me he (CRAIG) just walked away?  Sure of course he did!

we fell for his scam as well.  we had our Lawyer look at the promissory note he gave on a 1 month loan and it seemed in order.  It is 10 month's past due with no hope in getting our money back.  we have hired a litigation layer and we'll see here that goes.  do not trust this con artist!!!

i am wondering if any others who were scammed by Billy, Craig and kosta were also approached by Alex and Kosta to "do right by you".  TRUST US - they asked for a 10K within the promise of a 30 day promissory note and the opportunity to recoup a lot at kookanusa.  This was done in October 2018 and still awaiting payment back on note.  we have a lawyer and just curious if anyone else is in this same predicament.

Alex Fraser & his accomplice Talia Evtushenko has stolen millions from people in the guise of Phoenix Wealth Management / ML2 / Maple Leaf Wealth Management / Any title with *Koocanusa* in it and so many others.   To date with PROOF, they have stolen so many peoples money and hide out somewhere.  No one can find what they own or where there are to have court papers to serve them.

I do not think this respectable organization or person knows having their name attached with Alexander Fraser and Talia Evtushenko makes them look like they associate with scam artist.  A quick google search of “Alex Fraser / Calgary”. Along with all his phoney business telephone numbers such as 403-464-8732 or 403-540-4946 etc.  Comes with a 100’s of people that has been taken by this Scamming Duo.

They are not financer or developer.  They got chased out of Calgary and setting up shop in Toronto.

Wow, how unusual!  A Canadian Vendetta thread!  We don't get to see them that often now do we?   Only just about every number thread that has Canada at the top.  They hit over at notes as well.  Mods were notified and the posts taken down.

Maybe instead of obsessive posts that are degenerating into catty gossip, how about going to the police? Or a good lawyer? Start a support group and hire a PI?   No one is that hard to find.  Are they licensed for sales of financial products? You could work that angle. Posting insults is not going to get you more than petty satisfaction.

So true,  venting and posting this useless stuff is nothing short of pettiness.    Unfortunately my family got taken by this man as well.  I can understand other people lost their life savings and put in a horrible situation because of that man lies and greed.  You all should call the police, RCMP, a lawyer, even your local politician instead of wasting time.

Breaks my heart to hear this is still hurting others.  I do hope there is a resolution for everyone that got scammed by that man.   Take care everyone.
