this place just called me , from that number said on ID CCI, have no clue why, dont owe anyone, so i called it back and just heard bunch ppl talking i'll be waiting next time a "whistle" to blow is awesome to use for chit like this, hehehhe

I used to work fightiing collection agencies (credit repair isn't some magic juju).  I got a call from this # today (the only POSSIBLE bills I have is one from Integris where the SOL ran out or from Francis Tuttle for classes I never took).  It's very easy to fight these tards. Their address is 2915 N. Classen #100, OKC, OK 73106.  All they need is a validation of debt letter (google for a sample).  All it says is "prove in writing I owe you anything".  Spend the $5 to send it certified mail because you can track this online through USPS.com.  If they do not respond in writing and continue to harass you, they are in violation of the FDPCA.  The original creditor has written the debt off long ago and if the SOL (statute of limitations) has NOT expired, still demand proof.  I had that bill from Integris for $7K bounced back from Works & Lenz (another local agency) to the drs office b/c they couldn't prove JACK.  At that time the SOL had NOT run out.  They buy the debt for pennies on the dollar in the hopes of scaring or humiliating the consumer into a payment and if the consumer fights back, they USUALLY move on to their next victim.

I just started receiving calls from the exact same number, but the caller states their name is Bob Hart.  He left two messages stating that his name was Bob Hart and to make sure to give him a call back.  There is also another number that everyone should be aware of that these jerks are calling from and it is (405) 290-2072.

Debt Collector. Just hang up on them.

They just called me again.  This time it was a black guy (guessing by the voice) who asked for DH by name.  This HAS to be a less than $50 medical lab bill..... They robo called 3 months ago.... never got anything in the mail (nor did I answer any calls from them) and now they're calling back?  I told the dude to "put anything you want from him in writing" and hung up, which is what you're supposed to do with any demand for $$.  I'm not going to wait to get the dunning (demand for $) from them.  I'm going to send them a validation of debt letter tomorrow along with some other < $20 medical bills that for this account number weren't worth it to the collector.

I too have received calls & messages from this 405-290-2025;however, like everyone else I have no idea what the company is due to them leaving no information and when I called the number back their VM just states they are closed & gives office hours to call back but again still NO name of the company, options of address or fax number nothing. I want this to stop. I feel if it is something I owe I would receieve a bill in the mail with all information needed to show why & where. I'm tired of the calls & VM worth nothing.

I love the fact that all of you are complaining about getting these calls; yet all of you are too afraid to call during business hours?! GROW UP!! They are collecting on a debt your sorry *ss didn't pay; so why would you be offended? Get over yourselves and take some SELF ACCOUNTABILITY!!! just saying what needs to be said...

Multiple people have stated that they've called back during 'normal business hours' and they still get an automated response. I have called this number back immediately after missing it and they are 'out to lunch' or 'closed for the day' no matter when I call. I know for a fact I have no debt and don't owe anyone any money so lets not deal with the whole name calling and judgmental behavior.I don't know you, you don't know me. All I know is I want this number to stop calling me.

This number has called my son's phone looking for me, saying his name is Bob Hart and that I must call him back. Doesn't leave a company name or in regards to what the call is about. I called the number back and it is just a message machine saying that it is Bob Hart and for me to leave a message. I would leave a message to a stranger who can't even call my phone, but must call my son's, for what? People are craxy and if this is a business number, they should be more professional and actually say what company they are from and for what reason they are calling.

@ good ole kev.... Congrats on being such a stand up guy.  U don't know these people or their situations. U clearly are just a troll as u have no question about this number u just want to judge people.  Some of us have had some hardships and are trying to pull it all together but that can take time. Hopefully u never get behind good ole kev... Well actually maybe that would be a good thing.  Then u could maybe walk a mile in someone else's shoes.  When i ask for info in writing from this number i get mysteriously disconected. This number has called me so many times I have the number memorized. Yet, I've never spoken to anyone. Everytime I answer there is no one on the other line. I'm not aware of any unpaid debt I have.

I got a call form this number this morning and I called them back and a woman answered she was very rude and they were looking for a Tom Smith, they asked me if I know them and I said I don't know this fellow.

Received call on answering machine for me to call back and refer to reference # given.  Tried to call and got machine w/ hours of operation, no company name given.  Wasn't sure what the call was in regards to so had my roommate call back for me since I was at work during day.  The woman on the other line wouldn't give out any information other than she had details on how to help me get my life back on track and to make sure my roomie had me call.  I think not.

All of my research has said that 4052902025 is a fake credit  collection company called cci.

These people from this number are calling me 3 or 4 times a day.  I don't answer it because I don't owe ANYONE any money.
They don't leave a message on my answering machine.
I tried calling the number back, and no one would answer.
They have just called me twice in the last 5 minutes.

If I don't owe any past due debts, why are they calling me?????
It's a scam.
Personally, I'm very offended by their calls and I have every right to be.
I'm up to date on everything and I don't owe anyone anything.
You assume this is a ligitimate company.
If you are writing ANYTHING about this call, I assume you didn't pay YOUR debt.

I keep receiving calls from this number.  Just this evening, I received two calls just about 5 minutes apart.
I don't owe any outstanding debts, if this is a collection company.
I don't know what kind of company it is because they don't leave a message on my machine, and they won't say anything when I call back.
I am also on the do not call registry.

This number keeps calling me and asking for someone I do not know. Each time I tell them they have the wrong number and not to call back. They call anyway.  I finally just blocked them from my phone and set it to auto answer and hangup without voice mail.
Problem solved.

Today is May 16, 2013 and I just received a call from (405) 290-2025.  On the caller I.D., it showed the company name as AMR.  However, I have received several calls from this number prior to today's call and it listed the name of the company as CCI.  I've never answered or called this number back and don't plan on it.  Usually, when money is owed and turned over to a collection agency, you will recieve notification of it through the mail as well as over the phone.  However, I've never received anything through the mail and can't possibly know who or what I owe money to and for.  There are State statutes that vary from State to State, that tells you when a debt is no longer collectible.  In the State of Oklahoma, it is two years and after the two years, you can send in a request to the Credit Bureaus to have that debt(s) removed and you must state the statute.  In other words, there is a statutue of limitations on debts.  Now, what collection agencies like to do is get you on the phone so they can add the date contact was made, which changes the date on your credit report and keeps that file/debt opened.  As long as you have no contact with them, they can't make any updates with the Credit Bureau as far as dates.  With that being said, if you have been sued and there is a Judgment against you, (legally gone through the court process) you will have to pay that debt or file bankruptcy and claim it in the bankruptcy.

They keep calling my cell phone asking for some person named Jodie. Told them several times to stop calling and my number doesn't belong to this Jodie person. I'm fed up with these calls.
