This number called me the other day, and I answered.  It's the OK Employer Services Center, dealing with Medical Benefits Orders for child support cases.

This same number called me today asking me about my Oklahoma Tax return that I filed for my business.  Wanted to know if I was somewhere where I could look at my copy and verify some things.  I told the guy no.

He said he was with the Oklahoma Tax Commission.  He sounded like he was from India.

Yeah, right.

Called my cell phone. did not leave a message. attempts to call back-- always busy

I received a call at about 7:24am from this number. Tried to return the call and received a busy tone.

405/521-3011 is a "tag on long distance trunk" for Oklahoma State agencies -- Meaning it can be from a great variety of State Offices.  If a State phone or fax has a block on Caller ID on their line, this is the number that will show up.  THIS IS PER OSF (Oklahoma Office of State Finance - Centrex phone communication division)

This number called me too!!! I tried to call it back and all i got was a busy tone...this is strange.

I missed a call from this same number this morning. I have the same experience as the others above. They left no message and all attempts to call back leave a busy signal.

I received several calls on my cell phone from this number (405) 521-3011, both times all I heard was a slow beep. Each time I tried to call back the number was busy.... ??????

Got a call from 405-521-3011 recorded message reminded me my child support is due. I have no children I know of, and it gave an 800 number I could call between 8-5 mon - fri, but it went to fast and then when I pushed the repeat button it never repeated.
I get tired of this crap with the phones and collectors.

this number calls no one says anything on the other end. When I call the number back it is busy?????????????

same thing happend to me, all i get was a flippin buzy tone  has anyone gotten ahold of these people.

If it is legitimate they would leave a message with a call back number. If not they get a complaint filed on them as any other tele-marketer through the "National Do Not Call Registry". End of story... Same response as other have reported. If it is DHS ...they need to grow a pair and be upfront about what their nature of the call is and try for once to refrain from being spinless chicken [***].

I guess these people are still at it.  I received 2 calls back to back today.  And the line is still busy when I tried to call back.

I just had the same thing... about 1:15 pm. guy sounded like he was from India, he could barely speak English. I couldn't understand him. First a woman called, then a man from a different number asking if i filed my tax returns. they both sounded indian... I wonder what thats all about. I live in maryland the 2 numbers they called from are: 126-061-1955 and 666-063-2603. any one know what this is abiout?

Received call from 405 521 3011 left no message thought it was from state of Oklahoma Emergency Communicationo trying t center I have been trying to reach. Bussy every time I called back. I hate people like that they should have their phones ripped out permitley.
