Pre-recorded message using scare tactics mentioning recent robberies and break-ins in my area. I pressed 1 to speak to someone, solely to advise I am on the do not call list and expect no more calls. The company name is "Security Networks" according to the person who answered - Angela maybe? Anyway, I told them not to call me again and I am getting ready to report them on the donotcall.org website. I also complained to the Better Business Bureau. I've been receiving calls from this company for months... BEWARE!! They tell you that they are a home security company and they have a special promotion going on this month.. They offer you a free home security system and try to get your address ... and other personal information..(i played along just for [***] and gigs) But when i refused to give them information and told them that I wasn't interested and aked to speak with a supervisor, the guy said "I'm sorry mam we can't do that" and hung up on me. ......

The callers are just taking area code and 3 digits location numbers and feeding them into an auto dialer. I had a call from one spammer when i called at night the computer picked up and said if i did not want to hear from them press the number they instruct like 1 or 2 on key pad. the calls stopped. This one is another marketer in Laurel, Montana. I've not called back yet it was only the first call. My numbers are all on the do not call registry too, but if the FCC refuses to outlaw "ghost" phone services-that is a subscription service you call through that hides your real number-then I'm afraid we will still be called by these idiots. I use two things to break the ear drums of callers, a compressed gas boat horn and a police whistle. The horn is about $10.00 and sounds like a freight train-guaranteed to spoil a marketers night. The police whistle when I run low on air for my horn-LOL Give it a try-it does work. Don't say hello just do it the second time they call, so you can't be sued for medical costs, the calls are recorded and if you say hello its like a fingerprint in court, the other way you could "Huh, I don't know anything, they must have called another number?"

they have started calling my cell # - both our cell and home numbers are on the DNC registry - so how are they getting away with calling?  Reporting to FCC doesn't seem to stop them from all the posts I see saying they have been reported.  In fact it appears as if they don't give a darn.

Same number said it was "home protection" I did not talk to them.

Can we put into a fund to have these harassers killed?

I have received 4 calls from this number 406-530-5038 in the past 36 hours.
in each of the first 3 times, I answered and the call was ended on their end. However on the 3rd time I called back, received and automated situation where if I chose "1" i would be taken off their call list. I did this.
Interestingly enough, I then received another call just 5 minutes ago, this time there was a live person talking to me from the same number.
From what I gathered they are attempting to sell home security systems. They don't listen its a situation where you HAVE to hang up on them. Asking alot of information.
I have looked up as much as I could on this number. I know its Montana, and it looks like its a land line out of Laurel, Montana.
