I've done some research on this number with the state Attorney Generals office. It is actually originating in California from a Pacific Telecom number.

They have a list of numbers from other states that they "ghost".  In other words, they spoof the caller ID system and the phone system in general into thinking that they are someone else.

Call the California Attorney General office at 213 897 2000 and file the complaint there.  If they ask why you are calling them, tell them that the calls are from a Pacific Telecom number.

I keep getting calls from this number almost everyday.

This Phone number calls me repeatedly even though I'm on the "Do not Call List", offering to help me refinance my Mortgage, I have the best deal I can get o my Mortgage and I'm not going to employ some stranger who just calls me on the Phone.

Someone please shut this company down, I'm sick and tired of their Harassment!!

I want any money and assets they have in a class action suit.
We can all split it up even if it's only 4 cents...put their [***] in Jail or worse ...and be done with it.
the a//holes call me at least 2wice everyday and we as vicitms should be able to have access to who they are and be able to wait for them at their own house...

received a telephone call from this number (Monday evening, 14 Feb Jan 2011 at 13:15 PST).  I did not answer.  No voice message either.  Telemarketer for loan mods

OK folks - here's the one "payback" I can think of on this - - - but, you GOTTA work with me on this.
Spread the news to anyone that will listen.

When the ROBO calls you - press the option to "SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE" - - - which you will NEVER get (and if you do - you can ask questions about getting a phone number so we can ALL start calling them back and harassing them - - PLEASE - if you speak with a real representative - geta phone number !!!!! and post it HERE !!!)

BUT - when you DON'T - - - leave a REALLY REALLY LONG MESSAGE !!!!!!!!  They're recording system is trying to catch phone numbers - - this is their filter mechanism - - let's LOGJAM it with LOADS of irrelevant recordings which someone then has to sit and listen to  !!!!

These robo calling loan sharks have been robo calling me for two years now.

Want to sound off?  I do.   When you get the call again, say hello, then wait for the vru female recording to say "hello" President Obama.......loan modification......home mortgage...blah..blah...blah.  

Then press "5" on your key pad. It takes you to their voice mail recording system.  You'll get the usual..."all representatives are busy" message. wait for the tone then leave any kind of message you wish.  I leave extremely profane messages, toilet sounds, music, etc. whatever it takes to use up the voice mail's recording time.  Sound off! Say what you really feel on the message. Drive them CRAZY with profane, rude, comments. These are unauthorized loan shark modifiers. Don't ever leave personal, financial information. I never have to this day.

I did not answer it, it show 14068528353. with the 1 show up in caller display, try to get pass the block.

I have gotten repeated calls with hang-ups from this number. http://tnid.us/lookup/4068528353/ shows it as pacific telecom communications group out of Montana.  However when I checked here- http://psc.nd.gov/telecom/1900000000149.html            it shows an LLC out of Los Angeles.

There email address is:  office@pacifictelecommunications.com but I don't know if it is any good since their web site www.pacifictelecommunications.com says invalid host name.

I sent an email to them but haven't heard back (nor have I got a bad email address return either so it may be a good one.)

This is the most annoying thing! 4 calls this morning thus far. How can I stop this insanity?

I have reported this to dhe do not call numerous times and they continue to call. I called the FTC and asked why they do not do anything about it. They just gave me a lame excuse that these people are hard to find. Millions of phone calls and our government cant find them? Seriously?

Called twice in 1 hour.

Three calls from this number today alone! I've been getting calls from this number for over a year now.

These people are calling me several times a day!  They SUCK!!

I've been getting calls from this number ever day for months.  I'm home today and have actually answered 3 calls in 1 hour from them.  The last call I answered I yelled at them on the machine.  I don't think this will help.x

The friggin govt can't trace these telemarketing phone numbers and they claim to catch terrorists by tracing their calls? I call BS on that.

How do I report them? I've received 5 calls today, alone and some before today.  I am on the no-call list.
