    Hi, this is Steve calling about your maintenance fees.  Please call me back as soon as possible at 215-344-2311.  Again, 215-344-2311.
    So, they call me on a supposed Florida number (it may be spoofed) and want me to call back to a number in Pennsylvania.  Plus, I do not own anything that would require "maintenance fees".

    This reeks of scam!
