Someone in Florida calling to do a survey about hotel stay in Utah. I'm not sure if it's a scam since the hotel send an email survey to fill out that I filled out months ago.

Persisitent calls every 3 days.  Straight to voicemail (where they leave no message)

I just got a call from them, too. I answered their questions since none were risky (except maybe confirming my name and mailing address which they already had). I think they buy lists from hotel chains and try to market their travel discount membership and magazine. When I said, no thank you, I would be transferred to another department that where I would be given a discount coupon. Then they try to sell me something similar. It's just marketing.

Then you are admitting that they are violating the law every time that they call a phone number that is on a state or federal do not call list?

Wyndham Resorts trying to get me interested in a timeshare. I recently stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Winchester, VA. They must think they have a potential sucker.
