Anybody know a way to keep them from calling?  I was told that a complaint to the carrier or to the FCC only gets acted upon for individual numbers if many people report it.  I'm filling out a complaint form online, and if anyone else is too, this caller has several other numbers that can be reported for the same problem: (954) 937-4072, (202) 407-6432, and several others.

Got a call from these guys (again), and rather than hang up or ask to be taken off the list (which I had already done for the other calls...obviously it totally worked) I pressed one to talk with a rep and decided to give him hell. Asked him how he got my phone number - "uh, well, uh...i'm not in marketing..."   "Well, I'd like to speak to marketing then."   "Okay, can you hold on a sec?"   "Sure."   And he hung up. Smart man, but when I tried to call back, I got the busy signal too. Oh well.

SPAM vacation message

Got this call number yesterday and wife got it today.  Offering free vacation.

Use to call me every day and sometimes every two days.  If you select take me off this calling list it disconnects. I selected that i was interested in the offer which got me someone human. I told him to take my name if the list. That I did not ask you to call me. Please stop. Then I said by the way I'm recording this as proof and I also followed a complaint with the FTC. Further if I get one more call I will be contacting the US Secret Service on fraud and harassment charges.  I did  not get a call for about 3 weeks after I spoke to them. But today i got called again.

Did not pick up and no message

Called this morning. I didn't answer, and there was no voice mail message.  My Caller ID showed Justin Rodrigue.  I thought it was just a wrong number, but now I see that this must be another nut spamming.

Trip to Florida, I hung up on these continuous phone calls !

Just got a call from this number.  Rang 3 times and when I picked up there was a dial tone.  My Caller ID said Justin Rodriguez.

Just got call, caller ID name said Justin Rodriguez. Left no message.

This was a telemarketer selling trip/vacations to Orlando.  I hung up and blocked number. Caller ID read Justin Rodriguez/

the Do Not Call list is NOT a hoax...but it cant stop scammers like this one, who use "spoofed" caller ID information. from breaking the law, as long as the phone companies continue to provide service to them.

Said to press 2 if I want to remove myself from the list. I did. Which may have been a bad idea...
My phone is on the Federal do not call list.
