this number keeps freaking calling. who is it??

Just received a phone call from this number, I picked up and hung up.

Got a call from this cell phone unwanted not known to me hoping it was wrong number!! I blocked it do not this listed registered cell phone holder!!

Are you from Vermont also? This Florida registered cell phone is calling people in Vermont why????????

Windham vacation harassing unwanted calls!

This is Windham Vacations trying to sell timeshares!

Unfortunately after listening to the guy try to be funny when he was nothing but loud and obnoxious I told him I didnt trust calls like this and I wasnt interested and he asked me if I was cheap or crazy or both (because it was my former babysitter who gave them my name and number and if I cant trust someone I left my kids with then who could I trust.--yea i know, my fault for telling him how i knew the folks who gave him my name and number)  Anways I finally hung up on him---and he had the nerve to call right back!!!!  I had my husband get ont he phone and tell him not to bother calling back.  He ended up hanging up on my husband.

You are most likely correct. My aunt and uncle are at their time share currently, and they probably gave my name this week. Really, people, relatives or not should ask permission. Oh well, I just wont' answer.

This is a company (Wyndham Vacation Resorts) who gets numbers from people who know you, then they try to use that person's name to get you to listen to a sales pitch.  They tried to make it sound as if they were calling on behalf of that person.

I don't know the name of the company but they are selling timeshares. A friend bought a timeshare and gave them my work number. They have been calling me for a couple years.

SAME HERE.  I get a call from this number EVERYDAY.  So today I googled it and saw all these comments.  I called this number at 3:50pm (MST), Thursday, Sept. 29.  An automatic answering service stated it was WYNDHAM (vacation timeshare something something?).  I stayed on the line and was then connected to a woman who asked "how may I direct your call".
Point blank I said, "you can direct me tho whoever I need to talk to to get my phone number removed from your list of people to call.  I have recieved a call from you DAILY and its annoying.  I would appreciate it if".......... [interrupting me] She asked "what's your number".  I gave her my number and after a single word "ok" she hung up.

A new marketing tactic, and better customer service is definitely needed.

Don't know who it is but they've been calling at all hours (seriously, 7am-8pm) for weeks.  Never leave a message.

I havent answered the phone when these ppl ring, but the above posts suggesting that the caller is Wyndham Resorts makes sense.  

My parents have a timeshare with them, and it seems likely that they gave my number in exchange for some benefit from Wyndham.

This number is a promotional sales company for resorts located in Florida. After ignoring the call several times they began calling multiple times a day at all hours. Mostly the hours of 5-6 pm est and 2-4 am est.

After being jolted from sleep two days in a row I decided to call the number directly after finding out alittle about the company. What I got was:

*ring ring* *tv sound in the background* some dudes voice that said "oh Jess! Sh%# the phone pick it up" from somewhere in the background about a minute of me waiting a lady answered "hello can I help you"

I replayed "yes, you can give me the name of the person calling me from this number at odd hours and you can give me the name of their first line supervisor..."

She answered " that would maybe be one of our sales reps...do you have a question..?" I said "no but you can do something for me, you can get my number off of your call list befor I get my lawyer involved and sue this company for harassment."

According to some info I found the company has been sued for this in the past and lost.

" she said no need for that sir I'll take care of it." she then took down my information (cell number) and promptly hung up the phone.

Haven't had a problem since!

Wyndham Vac

called about 6 times in the past 2 days. Never answer. First voicemail today. Just some breathing on the other end and it sounded like a busy place. Like an office or a mall.

Got 8 calls from this number in the month of October - never a message.

well they called today  with a dead persons name that is staying at there resort so either they died and returned from the dead i.e. zombie thats unlikely, or option 2 he is jesus and he retured from the dead to visit there lovly resort what ever the case its a time share.
