I asked the where they got my number, they said one of my friends or family gave it to them.  I asked them who it was, they said they didn't know.  Then asked to put me on their 'Do Not Mail' list.  She rudely said "It doesn't matter".  Crooks!

I posted some things on craigslist under a ficticous "AKA" name and 5 mins later they called me and asked to speak to the "AKA" name. Hooked me up with a 60 min presentation where I am to recieve 2 airline tickets and a giftcard for telling them how they can improve their company. I could barely understand them because of their thick accents. (3 seperate calls). I am supposed to go to Round Rock Tx for the preesentation. Now I wish i hadnt told them anything.

Stated the company's name is Oasis International, very thick Eastern Indian accent and sounds like she is reading off a script. Trying to invite me to an open house and wanting to give me a prize for attending. When I asked how she got my phone number, she hung up. It is 8pm on a Sunday evening and the call is to my cellphone. I'm not a happy camper.

Yes, they get your number off any ad you post your number on including Craigslist. I asked her for the last name of the person that she was trying to reach and she would only said she was looking for Rob. Har har. The first time I am telling them they have the wrong number.
