Woman left voicemail saying "can you hear me?...I'm sorry, I can't hear you.........." and hung up.

Didn't recognize number, and let it go to voicemail. Woman left message "can you hear me?...sorry, I can't hear you.........." then she hung up.

This number also called me on 5/14/14. I dont often answer my phone to numbers I dont recognize (I feel most important calls, ie doctors offices, will leave a voicemail the majority of the time, in which case I can call back knowing and being prepared for who im talking with and about what). This caller did not leave a voicemail, so I ran a google search. Im glad to find info online from other people here so that I get an idea of who the caller was/what it was regarding. I dont appreciate getting such calls, but im glad to at least know that it wasnt an important call that I missed.

I got exactly the same line as you did.

Never give your credit card or other identifying information over the phone to anyone you don't completely trust.

Called, didn't answer, and left no voicemail. Called back with my number blocked and got a message saying this account is blocked.

Some one keeps calling me from this ph# 408-550-1715 no message, I pick-up they hang up, I tried to call back phone was block.

I got a call from this number around lunch time on my work phone.  They stated I was getting the call from a rewards center based on an app I had downloaded to my phone.  The problem though, is that the phone they called is a landline that leads to my desk at work, which doesn't download apps, nor do I use it for anything (Even work)

When I tried to talk to them and tell them they had the wrong number, it sounds like they continue to read from a script.  They ask if it is ok to turn you over to their selected shipping service, where they ask about your experience with the call rep.  When you say no, they say they will take it up with that person's supervisor, and the line hangs up.  

If you try to call this number back, all you get is "This account is blocked" until you hang up.  No names, company names, or real people are on the phone.  It is a computer recording.  If you remain silent after the initial hello, you will get a repeated "Ok?" until you say yes, where they transfer you to another computer line, that is also fully automated but sounds real.

If you hang up, it calls back.  Just follow along until they ask to transfer you, say yes, then no when you get asked about your experience.  They don't call back often.

I got a call today from this number but missed it.  Since I live in 408 area code I thought it might be someone I knew.   I'm glad I found this site to let me know that it's a sales call!
