This is a call from AppleCare Tech Support.

I have no idea who this is or how they got my info. They called MY FATHER'S cell phone (who lives in another state) and asked for me by name! He messaged me to see if I knew anyone at this phone number. I do not have any idea who this is or how they got my parent's info as I haven't lived with them in over twenty years.

This no also called me at my cell, no message left. Don't know how they got my cell. But my laptop got hacked many times since August this year. The hacker used my laptop like his/ her own. Sometimes I could not use my cursor, he/ she paly round  while I want to use it.  Sometimes without touching my cursor, my monitor changes the view it self.  Crazy!!!!!!!! I ahd spent days just to fix it.

It's definitely Apple Care Customer Support.

I agreed and i also called apple support and they said YES this is Apple Care Customer Support.

The lady called me several times and advised that someone asked to download all of their photos and left my phone number. I called apple support who advised that this is a fraudulent number. Beware

Keep getting calls from usa & no voice msg message left with explainayion of who they are or what they want. (406) 556-5000

I needed Apple help...several months ago.  I called the regular Apple help number.  This guy answered...He said he was a Senior Advisor.  He was just EXCELLENT in his job...VERY knowledgable, VERY personable. I asked where he was...he said San Jose.  Said his name was John. And this # showed up on my cell after the call.  He said I could call it anytime, and he would help out. I THINK he gave me his extension#, but I don't know where I put that. I tried to call him a few days ago, wanting tech help, but to complete the call, the extension# was required. So I did not get thru.

I got a phone call from this number on my cell phone today and I live in Dublin, Ireland! I didn’t answer it, they’ve subsequently left me 2 voicemails which I’ve since deleted, definitely scammers - I know nobody whatsoever from San Jose. If they attempt to contact me again, I’m reporting them to the Gardai (Irish Police) here in Ireland 🇮🇪
