I have been getting calls from this number for a few months now. I haven't ordered anything from tv nor over the phone with anyone. I usually don't answer numbers that I don't recognized but decided to answer this one after repeatedly calling. All I got was a lot of noise in the background and then it hangs up. Also, they don't leave messages and I am sick and tired of these phone calls. I am on the Do Not Call List with the government and yet these people are still calling. I will be reporting them to BBB and if that doesn't stop then I will be filing a police report because this is harrassment. If anyone has any other ideas or solutions please post. Thank you!!

Answer and curse them out. Whatever you do dont send them your name and address with your phone and email.

Keep getting phone calls from 4087545577 and it tells you to remove your phone number from there calling list email at DNC.SCS@BELLSOUTH.NET.  When I went to this site online it gives me thier phone number again.   I want them to stop calling my home.  It is very annoying and they are calling at least 5 times a day.  Pls help me to get them to stop calling my home!!!!!!!  PLS, and TY

Harrassment, from these types of numbers, even if you have signed up for the permanent do not call list, they are somehow bypassing this to get to you!

these people have called me numerous times and i also have a private no. im so sick of it. i call it back its a recording saying thank you or they just hang up on u... it comes across my caller id as five 9- who??????? i think it has to do with my ordering the brooklin lanterns ..... omg i wish they would stop callling me.....

I received a call from 408-754-5577 and was offered free earrings due to my recent purchase of frying pans. BIG mistake. I made a return call to the same phone number and a voice mail comes explaining several options. Two of the options were, call 1-973-277-8777 and I could cancel and speak to a live person. That didn't happen. The 1-973-277-8777 number was disconnected. The next thing was to email dnc.scsbell@bellsouth.net  and this site popped up. Now, I'm going to contact the Oregon State Attorney General office and the TV network that I saw this advertised on. By the way, CANCEL your VISA or whatever card you used and receive a new card. You'll be taken care and NO charges will happen if you haven't been billed. If they continue sending items in the mail, it's their fault not yours.

Call the above number and ask to be removed. It's a telemarketing service for telebrands. Last time I order anything off tv! Just wait till it hits wal mart!

They call every day and never say anything!  Very annoying! Caller I'd showed Five 9. Please stop them.

Received call on May 10, 2013 from 408-754-5577 at 9:10 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. FIVE 9 is a call center so it could be anybody calling. I did not answer. It is a Verizon landline and is reported to be a high Spam activity number.

I don't understand how they were able to get through since I'm on the DO NOT CALL list.

This is the second call. I have to believe like others that this is associated with an order I placed online with telebrands. Immediately after I placed the order these calls started coming---scam--do not answer.

I received a call from 408-754-5577 this morning; first time for us.. We had recently ordered from a TV ad. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Of course, I want the calls stopped; we're on "Do Not Call" also.

I keep getting this phone number calling me private name, telephone number 408-754-5577.
I did not answer, but I am getting very tired of being called by these people who want to take what little
I have. I am disabled and to put my own number off the book will cost me. I cannot find a way to stop these people from calling me and it goes on every day hour after hour night and day. Someone needs to stop these con artists
