I just had a message from this number as well - "Agent" Larry Wilkens with a foreign accent telling me to call back within 48 hours and that if I fail to respond, I "will face federal law and enforcement procedures"...

Same message as everyone else.  Agent Larry Wilkins, barely speaks English.  Might be one of those scams where if you call back you get charged a huge overseas phone fee by them forwarding the callback through a proxy, do NOT call back.  The IRS never contacts you this way.  Notice he doesn't use your name, he doesn't know it, just your number.  I got a call last Wednesday and again today.  I'm in Richland Washington.

What is this call about. They called 3 times stating I have committed a crime and my taxes have an issue yada yada. Then they threaten to send a cop over to our house. Very foreign accent and very threatening.

I just received a call today  from an agent saying "I am calling about an legal issue which we have on your name.... "and so on.... from agent Larry Wilkins, and we must respond in 48 hours or will face law enforcement proceedings... this phone number here, same as everyone, 410-630-1960 to contact their legal division...

Luckily there are these websites to help us alert each other about these people... but it should be reported as if this was older senior and didn't have access to a computer or info on scammers they could think it was legitimate, about a bill they didn't pay, etch.  Get the police to call them back.  Also contact your States Attorney Generals office so they can have numbers or area on file for the record.

What a tool.  Same IRS crap. Learn how to speak English, please.

This person keeps calling me and asking for my father who has been deceased for over 20 years.  I've asked this person who is speaking and he won't answer and hangs up.  Didn't know that he is a scammer. I will let him know when he calls the next time.

Two weeks ago someone from the same number called (that time a woman) and asked for my deceased father and I questioned her and she just hung up as well.

the same kind of call from the same phone number - WA state attny general's office says to not answer call from this number - then it will go as an unanswered or non-used phone. SCAM big time!

Just got this call also. They must be in the Denver area now. 410-630-1960, Agent Larry Wilkins. Heavy accent. Very threatening.

I would face Federal law procedures from an agent Larry Wilkens, sounded hispanic, say it was a legal issue. Got a heads up
from my accountant telling us to be careful with this type of call and not to give out any information. If the IRS is owed money
they don't call they send letters and if that happens my accountant will take care of it. I called the number and left a message for him to call me and that i was really concerned about the issue and if he would call me back so we could get this issue resolved because i didnt want to face any procedures against me.  Lets see what happens. No company was named.

We're in Vancouver, WA and got the same bogus message from "Agent Larry Wilkins" claiming to be from the Criminal Investigation Department of the IRS.  The message threatened us with facing federal law and enforcement penalties if we didn't call back within 48 hours.  The thick Indian accent had me shaking in my boots! LoL Get a life, dude, people aren't as stupid as you think they are.

I live inPuyallup,WA Federal Agent Larry ( deep Indian accent) left me a voicemail to contact him within 48 hours.  It sounded like he was reading the script.  I have seen this scam on consumer alerts on our area news stations   I too hope they shut him down

Carrey, love the movie idea, The Agent Larry Wilkins Movie. Y'all are too funny. Yep has moved from the northeast to the southeast...Calling North Carolina now!

He called here stating the exact same as everyone else has posted. Don't call him back. You have better things to do I am sure. Unless of course he answers and you use that air horn on him.

Yes, Seattle is their target area.  Seven messages in one day - claiming to be IRS or court order follow up collection agency. Requested a phone call back in 48 hours  Based on phone number, the company is  a land line from Middle River Maryland

I have gotten several calls from 410-630-1960 stating the same thing everyone else is saying.  I called and left a message stating he must have the wrong number and that I couldn't really understand what he is saying and who he was looking for
