Just got a call from this number. First it was a Mike Williams then they "transferred," me to a Jack Williams who didnt know a Mike Williams; then when I mentioned calling my attorney, he began to raise his voice and told me that I will be put in jail and Im calling my attorney in when they're just trying to help. When I asked for his information, he got extremely angry and starting yelling nasty things to me and then hung up. Once you mention getting your attorney or cops involved they rush off the phone. What a scam!!

I have no idea in the world what this is in reference to and don't have an outstanding loan with anyone.
several mid-eastern gentlemen yelled at me they would see me at the court house. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who could speak english and the second and 3rd gentleman said loan kimberly and courthouse, everything else I could not understand...
stop calling until you can have someone call me and speak english without and question of what they are saying.....
I have worked in customer service for 30 yrs and have never had a problem understanding my customers.

Stop calling from a call room with so many people in the room, please have someone at least one person able to speak English if you are going to yell and say some words in English like loan, courthouse.....
Trying to scare people by threats is really stupid....

This number called my cell phone today.....This same person(Mike Williams) with terrible English skills has called me before from at least four other numbers(and using different names)...I have never nor will I ever take out a payday loan so how could I possibly be behind on one?.....SCAM!!!....Oh yeah,When I would not answer the call I received a call from UNKNOWN within 3 minutes!....IMAGINE THAT!....LMAO!

a guy named john brown (yeah right) called with a heavy indian accent telling me that I owed some money for a payday loan. the scary part about this call was that he knew some of my information but I have never received a loan. He talked about me going to jail if I didnt pay. I asked him the address of his law firm and he said it was 1596 kincked ave Pittsburgh, PA but he wouldnt give the zip code he was hesitant to give the address. I told him to stay on the line while I google his firm because I had a call similar to this one and it was a scam and he got very angry and said are you oing to pay or not and I said nope and he humg up. these people are crazy they called my cell phone and my work phone

these people have been harrassing me for 6 months. the only way i deal with them is to make fun of them. i tell them things like "i used the money to pay you for the camels" i have never had a payday loan in my life.when i say things to them like above they almost blow a fuse.i just want them to feel a little bit of the anger i once felt toward them.they already have your info protect yourself as best you can and let them have hell even talking to you get them first.also i saw on the internet where a few payday had been hacked.

This is a Magic Jack # - they are too stupid if they think this setup will work.

Completely fradulent - report to your phone company and local police.

Called MagicJack to report this number - they do not want to do anything - "not my job" attitude.

Guess MagicJack wants the money but don't care about the ethics of its customers.

Or maybe MagicJack is the one responsible for this scam, supplement their income I suppose.

I have been receiving phone calls at work and on my cell phone with the same threats the others have been getting.  There was more than one that called yesterday for a whole straight 45 minutes tying up 4 phone lines at my place of employment.  They are verbally abusive and continue to harass anyone that answers the phone.  I am in the process of trying to bring charges against them.  We have traced most of the calls from yesterday and the phone company was able to identify the phone lines.  It was very upsetting because this is my place of employment.  Customers had called in between some of their phone calls and we did not realize it and we're hanging up on them or picked up our phone and didn't say anything.  Even the owner was frazzled and upset.  They should be sent back to where they came from, because they have no regard in how to exist with citizens of the United States.  They only understand one way to survive by bullying, threatening, and violent behavior.  Shows their intelligence level is zero.  They come to our country and mistake our kindess for stupidity.  They are going to find out how stupid we really are.  I will not stop until something has been done to them.  How do you like me now caller from 4109887408?

Just got this call today! He stated that I owed $355.00 on an outstanding loan with "Cash Advance" and when I told him that I have never taken out a loan there he said well we do have sister companys that send us these statements....I was just like well I have bank statments that prove that I never recieved this loan, and then he gave me a 2 yr old address...and started yelling at me that this is a serious matter and that i don't need to take it lightly, so I told him that ive never got a loan and that he can just take me to court then cause I will have prove I never took it out, then he threatened me that I would'nt win b/c I would have a whole group of tech's going against me....well bring it on a**hole!!! and he kept going off on me so I just told him I Dont care just take me to court BYE!! and hung up! He had a Middle-Eastern Accent and was very very Rude and a huge DumbA**!!! lol

this 410-988-7408 number has called me several times as early as 6am he says i took out a loan and i owe him $325.00 i have never taken out any payday loan this is pure harassment and i'm do tired of this......

Just changed my number a couple weeks ago and got a recycled number from the phone company. This guy has been calling since day one. I get 2 - 3 call from him a day. Normally he leaves voicemails about taking everything I owe, suspending my license, and putting me in jail. It funny cause i am not the right person but i am tired of these calls starting at 7 am.

i keep getting calls from this number and boy am i glad that i googled it. Now this number is on my blocklist. i have heard alot about how many people are trying to run these scams. They call and make all kind of ridicoulous threats. ITS ALL B S. I will not be waisting my time on this call. Thanks Everyone.

A man with a very heavy accent, had to hear him because of the backround noise told me he was calling from a law firm because I had not paid back a cash advance loan.  Asked for me by name when I told him he was he calling the wrong person becasue I had NEVER taken a cash advance loan he humg up on me.

This # called me threatened to take me to court. I tried to call back no answer, and it said Hectors law firm. How these people get away with this more than once is beyond me. Can I get some help to take these people down? I see that they are allowed to continue, where is the justice? Well I am not going to take it, I hope I can get the backing to take these creeps down.

410-988-7408 called me today on my cell. I missed the call and by the sounds of it, I'm glad I did. I wish there was some way we could report them about scamming people. This just is not right. At least now I have information about them so if they call back, I will be ready! Thanks

Have received several calls but when I answer they hang up, when I don't answer they never leave a message. I am in California and they have called me several times at around 5 a.m. my time. I called them back and got a message machine. Told them to stop calling...the calls continue...don't know what to do!! Please help!!
