    Call back got, "Thank you for calling Qualia Collections Services.  This communication is being recorded."  Apparently they are a debt collection agency.  On their website of the same name, they have a series of questions and clicks to contact about those issues but I could not find a phone number.  Because numbers can be spoofed, if you're going to contact them, you should probably use the website.
