They called me and when I asked to speak to a superviser he hung up on me when i called back he would keep hanging up on me  but i was told i took out a payday loan two year ago and i told hom i couldnt pay right now hr said we will see u in court is there anyway to stop them ffom calling babk

This same lady has called me too - this is a scam - this one has gone so far as to start calling my office number - 3 to 4 times per day.

I just got a call from these people at my job. I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and he told me he would remove my name from the list. What the heck?

I am having the same issue, claiming i have a payday loan. Harassing me talking about our company will find you -- for what ? no money . I should not have put my information on these scam sites thinking i will get a loan lol my fault. Thats the only way. How can we get them to stop . but they called me from a 917-639-5580 number.

i have been haveing these same calls from a 917 # i kept asking to talk to his supervisor and thed hang up and said i owed 13k to us advance, IVE NVR EVEN TAKEN OUT A LOAN, they kept calling me so today i kept callin them bck to back annoying the living sh*t out of them. my last call to them i was a "FBI" agent, haha they havent called back. but these guys really need to be stopped i feel bad for the ppl who actually believe this SCAM and pay them

I just got the same voicemails. I'm so glad I looked it up online before calling back. It was a rude voicemail. Can't wait to call them back and give em a peice of my mind. They knew my full name and social. Really freaks me out.

Barnstable Town metro area, Barnstable County... After getting this information I called Barnstable County Sheriffs Dept. Which told me to contact The local Police Dept. And was made aware that these are not even proper numbers in the system, At the Present time Heres the tactics they have. used on me...... They keep calling me, they leave threatening messages stating that I'm under investigation for internet fraud. They say I am going to jail in the next 48 hours... There has to be a way to stop this....

I also got several phone calls saying that they had a law-suit against me for a loan. The man sounded japanese or chinese anyway could not speak good english. He told me his name was Neil Johnson and that I owed his company DRNC law 9,876.00- I then became very angry and so did he. He started shouting saying stop interupting me! I then told him to give me the name of the loan company, and after asking several times he said USA cash network- So I called them and told them what this person said and they gave me a link to the FBI- so I advise everyone of you to contact the FBI NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting these phone call for about 3 months now about a loan from Cash Advance. they said it was a lawsuit against me and that i would be arrested. They know all my information and told me to watch my back and said my kids would be taken away from me!!! I don't play when it comes to my kids these people need to be stoppe!!!
