I got the phone call from same number too. I am Indian and Gujarati too. I can not believe that people are like this. I call back and give them all s***t, I could in Gujarati. He drop the phone. I am now harrasing them. Called more than 5 times and asked my friends to do the same. It's shame that people are taking advantage of fear. I got this same call today. Said he was calling from Crime Investigation Department. Said my identity and name are under investigation. Said I had 3 legal charges filed against me. I have never ever been to Massachusetts.

His accent did not sound of Indian origin.

There trap and provide personal or credit card no you been charge ...Never ever provide any information as well as home address or email address. You may be been targeted email spam or collection
Information.. Be smart tell them any one call tell them if that's the case send those information to my accountant..make sure write down the no it may help if its constant call.
