I have been receiving calls for Kohls trying to collect from someone who had the cell number I am using now. They didn't start calling the number until a few months ago and I have had this number for about 7 months.

Most of the time, they call when I have the phone turnoff at work. They do try different times and days of the week to call.  When I can answer the call, I press #2 as directed since I am not the person they are trying to contact.  That apparently does nothing to stop them from calling so now I just let them call. When they do leave a message, half of the message is not recorded.

If they call, answer the phone and just set it down. They will only stay on line less than 30 seconds and cant leave a message. I am tired of calling my voice mail to hear half a message that says nothing in a foreign voice. If it is Kohls, just one more reason to quit shopping there. As of today I owe them less than ten dollars in dispute and they must be spending that calling me so they are actually the loosers. Paying them in pennies and a cut up card on Thanksgiving. Boy have they changed in the last 2 years from favorite to worse store practices in the US. Their marketing campaigns are shoddy with their pricing schemes so why think their collection practices are anything short of the same.

I received a call from them and I think I understand the connection. I applied with Kohl's for a retain position with them when they opened a store in my locale. They are asking if you have an account with them, however, I think that something was crossed in their customer and candidate database...so now everybody's getting call. I made them aware of it and they are working on the problem.

I signed up for a Kohls charge card at Christmas to get that extra percentage off my big order. I do not owe them any money, yet they keep calling me. This morning, a holiday, they called me while I was still sleeping.  I'm cutting this card and blocking their number.

I didn't know this # was kohls until this site. However, I paid them today and literally 22 minutes later this number called. No voicemail, nothing. Then they called again 2 hours later. I paid them so wtf.  This isn't the first time I've dealt with this bs either, I just had no idea it was kohls. I'm shredding my card once I'm fully paid off. If you're making your payments then why on earth do they keep calling but then hang up or don't leave a voicemail???? I'm ready to send another complaint to kohls corporate in which case I'm sure I'll get the same generic, we-didn't-actually-read-your-complaint response. It's [***].

they double billed my credit card and it defaulted to unpaid...they call from different numbers

I get 4-6 calls every day from this number. I have no debt with Kohls and wonder what the heck they want from me? What have you all discovered?

i keep getting calls from this number. Since i dont answer numbers i dont know i wait for them to leave a voice message.  But they don't so it does not help.

It's illegal to call non-stop, never leaving a message. Kohl's credit cards are managed by Caopitol One, which has always been unethical in their collections techniques. Don't talk to them, REPORT THEM!

Kohl's called my cell phone number and actually left a message, but I am NOT Judy.  They said to call 1-800-575-6457 asap.

They call everyday two times a day

I get calls from this number several times an day.  I understand that it's Kohls but I don't have an account with them so why are they calling??
