i guess this number is used as VOIP.. voice over internet portocol.., i know PROWEAVER also and they are excellent website designers and ranks very high in gogle as well...

The number belongs to some kind of VOIP pool, you should not draw any conclusion from it, other than the caller does not want to use the ordinary telephone service

They try to look like they are based in California (Irvine, in Orange County) using California phone numbers, but they are NOT LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA.

Scam.

Just got a call saying that they my debit card was suspended (without identifying which bank or card).  They said they were from some national credit something.  When I didn't respond to the prompt, the call terminated.
