    If you want to place blame for all the bad things that have happened, blame the people in charge from 2000-2008. Before that, we had a balanced budget, federal surplus and fair taxation. They are responsible for  thousands of Americans killed and billions wasted because of purposely falsified reports of wmd's and a ruined economy because of allowing un-restrained, run-away financial misconduct.
