Getting several calls a day from this number. No messages. Caller ID shows name of caller as "GCS".

I get a call from these idiots - 3 to 4 times a day.  I do not answer numbers I don't recognize,  unknown callers or blocked -  If I don't know who you are - I don't want to talk to you!   What ever happened to the DO CALL LIST?

Many people know very little about how telemarketers work and as a result they continue to receive unwanted calls. At GCS we recognize and respect the fact that not everyone wants to receive calls from us and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to stop receiving them so we'd like to take the time to tell you all the ways to do so.

First, don't be afraid to just answer the phone. Sometimes people see that we've called several days in a row and so they don't answer the phone because they think it will result in more calls. Unfortunately, this has the opposite effect. When we can't reach you we try again at another time hoping you'll be free. If you don't wish to receive calls from us, just answer your phone with a simple "Hello" and then tell our agent that you do not wish to receive any further solicitations or that you would like your name to placed on that company’s do not call list.

Second, just call us back. We always make sure that our phone number shows up in your caller ID so you can either dial us direct at 719.546.6354 or use *69 to ring us back. Our operator is happy to take your information during business hours and make sure you are removed from our calling lists. After hours you will connect to our voicemail system. If you get our voice mail be sure to state your full number and that you want to be removed from our calling list. We'll process it as soon as we get back in.

Third, send us an e-mail. You can send your e-mail to StopCalling@GCSCalled.Us and we will process your request and then send you a confirmation. Make sure you include you full phone number in your e-mail so we can remove it. Our Privacy policy is simple: Use a real e-mail address and we'll send you a receipt and answer any questions you ask. We won't solicit you via e-mail, sell your information, or give your e-mail address to anyone else.

Fourth, register with the National Do Not Call list. This will take you off most companies calling lists. However; it takes 31 days to process, only lasts 5 years, and will not stop calls from entities you have an existing business relationship with.

Many, many phone calls to my number.  I do not answer, they do not leave message.  Who the heck is this and why do they call me?  I know no one in the area of California this call is coming from.

They've called twice this week (and it's only tuesday), a few times last week, never leave a message. After reading the info, am going to pick up next time and carve them a new one I think. Shows up on caller ID as GCS

I am tired of them calling numerous times a day.  Fortunately, I am with At&
T wireless, I just blocked them.  I believed AT&T is the only one you can do this.   It costs me around $4 a month, but I think it's worth it.  It allows me to block 15 numbers at a time.

I receive a lot of these, so I decided to actually answer it and she asked for me.  This is an insurance company, National Union  Fire........something....Insurance out of NY.  It is an accident/health policy that will be billed to you US Bank Credit card after 60 days.  They send you the "insurance packet" and you have two months to look it over.  If you don't want you can cancel and you won't be billed.  Believe me, I am going to watch the CC bill closely.  I figured that I would find out who these people are and if this is going to happen as they say.  The number they gave me to cancel or possible ask more questions is 1-888-449-4544.  So if the CC is in husband's name this is why they don't talk to the wife.  Call the number and see if you can be put on do not call list.   Hope this helps.

They asked for my 22 year old son and said they were from US Bank.  We both bank there so I didn't think much about it. They asked him for personal information. I also called the bank and they do not do business with these people. SCAM beware!!!!!

Don't send them an email. I'm not positive, but they might start sending you emails like they call you, a lot. They might even be able to get into your computer through your email, and access your bank accounts is you bank online.

These people are claim they are calling on behalf of US Bank. (LIE!) I asked them to not call again and they called from 9am until 9pm 10-12 times per day. When you call their number back the message says press 2 to stop receiving calls. The "machine" does not recognize 2, so it loops back to the message non stop. After I called their number and tried pressing 2, our calls increased! So much for do not call lists, and the laws supposedly protecting us!
