I, like the others keeping getting calls from this number about a lawsuit. Well looked up on the internet it said number is from California. So I called them back and asked what type f business it was, man said a law office I asked for what attorneys and the idiot stated that they have all attorneys there. I then asked him where he was located and he would not answer . He then asked me what my name was, I guess they had my number saved in their records because he stated my name and said "oh think you're smart, okay you will see tomorrow , then stated my place of employment and hung up. Really tired of these scams am changing my number today.

I just a call from this number telling mr that I was going to be arrested tommorrow if I did not pay money back, The MEXICAN woman told that her company was CASH ADVANCE, when I told her I had never heard of the company she told me to quit calling her, then she hung up.

I got a call from this number 7 times on my cell phone and 2 times on my personal line at work stating that myself or my attorney needed to call them back right away. They also sent me three emails. In all cases they told me they were from the FBI or the department of Legal affairs and that tomrrow I would be arrested at work for stating untruthful information on a payday loan application. The caller stated that I stated on my loan application that I made $5,000 or more a month. I am sorry but if I made that kind of money I wouldn't need a payday loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. The caller then stated that "I wish you luck in Jail and I hope you survive it and will still have a job when you get out, if you get out". I was given the names Michelle Brown when I called the number back, but in the voice mails it was a Jenny jones.

The same thing just happened to me. They called my job and told me I will be arrested on mon morning. They also stated that I took out a payday loan and did not pay them back. How can i stop them from calling my job? Please Help!

These people called my place of work saying what is my attorney's info. I stated that I did not have an attorney. They said that a lawsuit has been placed aganist me and I will be arrested on mon because I did not pay a payday loan back. I told the lady on the phone that I did not take out a payday loan and she said it was from a long time ago. I have only work here for a year. so how did she get all of my info ssn, add, dob> How can I make this stop and them stop calling my job

Basically all the stories I see here is the same that happen to me. Saying I have gotten a loan from cash advance USA and I've never received one. They claim to be lawyers and that a officer is coming to my address. I asked certain questions but only get told I'm going to get arrested and he called out my address.  Tell you the truth it was very unperfessional. Wonder if its going to stop? they keep calling me telling to contact michelle vwan if not i am going to go to jail that she is sueing me under my social security number. and that if i do not respond the local police department will arrest says his name is john smith. guy with an indian accent (NOT ENGLISH) the number says its from san francisco/north Bay!

her name is michelle she called me and i asked when the loan was taken out and she told me "a long long time ago" and i told her i never took a loan out and she started yelling and then hung up on me!

This company is a scam artist.  Does anyone know of a law enforcement agency that we can report them to?

Have gotten so many calls from this so called Michael Carter. Saying as of just a minute ago "if you don't call me your gonna be in big trouble" or have your lawyer call me.  So I looked up the number and what do us know scam. They don't even have a voice mail any important people or law firms have voice mail.  Report definately!
