Forget it.  If it's a person you know, they will leave a message.  If it's a telemarketer, they won't.

Got 2 calls minutes apart at 10:45 pm PST - no caller on the other end. Only reason I picked up is that the phone was right there. Hope this didn't encourage them.

This number called me twice once at 4 am and again at 7:30 am! I answered so it didnt wake everyone else in the house up. F'ing a$$holes didnt say anything just sat there til I hung up!

Was called and the caller was concerned that I had been receiving telephone calls on my do not call list

THis is very naughty you must not call on do not call list, if you carry on with this behaviour you will get a call from a do not call caller

Received a call at 6:30 am from this number. I did not answer.
