"Rose"  called wanting to schedule my annual furnace checkup.  We have our work done by a company with whom we have dealt for many years.  I told her it's a scam and hung up.

They call me saying that the software of my computer is infected and is been hacked, computer that I don't even have any more! he was  asking me for my personal information ! I said I don't need your service thanks! This guy ask me if I have a washer machine and something else that I don't remember I said I won't answer that question cause it has nothing to do with the computer!  So he start insulting me using bad words and singing on his Indian or Arabic language! And there was another guy and they were laughing!  I said I'll call the police he said don't call the police I won't call again!
I'm pretty sure this is a scam to hack your computer!

got a call from this number - couldnt understand a thing but caught the words "furnace maintenance". Told them I would do the maintenance. Added the number to my block list.

Instructed by "technician" to go to my computer - I THINK NOT!

Getting calls from this number I am on the do not call list

They called and wanted my debit card saying it has been 'deleted' from my banks systems (didn't say which bank either) and to punch in my debit card number & code lol.

He said he was calling from Rogers and asked how many TVs were in my house.  I asked him why he wanted to know (he was a foreigner).  He told me he wanted to offer me a special price to bundle my Rogers services for $99 with no contract.  When I told him I had received several messages from Rogers for  a special price of $65.47, but when I called Rogers they
could not comply.  At that point he just hung up on me.

The idiots are at it again, received call and went to voicemail with no message being left.

Called back and line was constantly busy, tried to block number but Bell system does not block spoofed numbers.

A free furnace checkup

called to say they are from some furnace company and will come to service the furnace free of cost ..and which saturday or sunday am I free !!!!!!! Yeah ... Right !!!

My wife and I received a phone call 416 - 203 68 59 asking to schedule a booking for Furnace Maintenance. We have our own company that deals with our furnace since a while.

I gave the caller several question such as what is the main objective of your business and how your company make money if the checking processed for all Hamilton residences are free of charge.

is your company supported by the government, do you have a website   the caller interrupted the call.

no one knows what is after and behind this furnace maintenance.

Don't believe a word they say. It's all crap! The lady was also very pushy and was trying to talk over me when I asked a question, right then I knew ummm scam!

I have been receiving calls from this number.

Got a call regarding furnace maintenance..told her not interested and do not call again and take me off their list..She hung up...I am going to assume from the other posts it is a scam...

This number has called four times today. Nine times in the past week.  No message left.  I feel like answering and taking them up on their offer and make an appointment.  When they show up, be waiting with a nine iron.  I will not accept that in this age of technology, nothing can be done to eliminate this scum and give us peace in our homes.  CRTC is completely useless!

Got a call and said they were from some window company and asked when am i  available for a free quote......called me 3 times already

8 of the last 10 calls to my house originate from this number!  I don't know who they are but I suspect it's a telemarketer.
If I actually get a live person one of these days they're going to need replacement EAR DRUMS!!
