    Just received a call from this # yesterday. This was how it went:
    DH and I both picked up the phone at the same time, some guy asked for him:
    GUY: Can I speak with R***?
    DH: Yes speaking.
    ****long pause****
    DH: Hello???
    GUY: Is this R*** S******? (didn't pronounce last name correctly)
    DH: Yes
    *****long pause****
    DH: Hello?
    no response.....then click and hung up!

    WTF?!

    So when we tried to call back it was like a fax machine sound..and within 10 minutes somone from NCN called.
