This is a calling card number. People go tot he corner store and buy then, then use them to scam people, since they are untraceable. But I also have family who uses these so I do answer them. Hope this helps.

I Just got a call from this number... Repeated calls with a high pitched voice. Didn't bother picking up. Called from an unknown number then call displayed to this number.

I also live in the UK and I just got a missed call from this number when I tried to call it back it said the number was not recognised. I have however just returned from a holiday in Toronto, so I don't know if it was someone calling me using a calling card or if it was those scammers as no voicemail was left. Hmmmmmm interesting.

My mother who is 73 got a phone call stating that it was her Nephew  who she hasnt spoken to in a long time-who had just got into a car accident and needed cash sent to him right away- He asked my mom to go to Western union and deposit 500.00 right away. My mom was so shocked about the news that she immediately went to send the money to help him.

This is ridiculous! My mom lives on a super fixed income and now she is out all of that money. This needs to stop!

Got a call from 4163641113 on Feb.28, 2013 (so, yeah, this number has been used since at least 2008).  No message was left.  But, I don't have any family or friends who would be calling me with the calling cards, so pretty sure this is some sort of a spammer / scammer calling.  Besides, they know my other phone number so if the home was not answered, they'd call my cell.  Nobody did.  Oh, well, I put the 4163641113 on my Blocked list.
