I saw the caller id say sipp. I had no clue who this was so I let it ring. It rang 26 times. I think this is a new personal best for me.

I'm sure that this is a service who just cold-calls numbers, and logs any pickups as "good times to call" then sells that information to OTHER telemarketers.

Just make sure you report all calls to the DNCR.

Same here. The caller is identified as "sipp". Just silence in reply to my "hello".

Same........The Caller is identified as "SIPP", with silence/dead air.  So incredibly ANNOYING and disruptive to our business.  So infuriating/frustrating, that there is nothing to be done to stop these calls. And, do the companies actually make $$$ annoying people?  They must, otherwise, why would it be so prolific?

They are based in Kitchener, Ontario and run Freephoneline.ca, Worldline, 295.ca, 1011295.com and a few other related companies. Their primary business product is a digital PBX phone system. They also offer digital subscriber line services, long distance services, and more.

i just revived the same sipp call but now they are using another number 416-492-2575. @6:21pm on OCT29, whats wrong with these people!

2 diff numbers same name...aggravating 416 477 0004 and 416 245 7344, sipps
when i answer, just dead air.  when i call back, not in service.  when i called bell 2 complain they told me most likely a telemarketer.  never had a telemarketer call and not say something.  i don know...

I've gotten sipp calling from 416 477 0004 and 416 778 5895.

new sipp number called 10.08 on Monday 416-690-4050.

Received a phone call just before 1PM EST Oct.31. 2011. Ball display indicated call was from SIPP no one speaks - just dead air. When I phone the number, this number is not in service message? I have noticed other people are receiving similar dead air calls where the call display indicates SIPP, but the number displayed is different: 416-657-4062.
